My Comments on This Book
This small book is one of the series of booklets for schoolchildren for the series "The Making of the Nobel Laureates".
A teacher impersonates Ernest Rutherford to talk about his life and work.
The left hand page is text, the right hand page is a colourful painting, by someone unfamiliar with the subject.
From material used the author had access to my book so it is a brief accurate account apart from those noted under Errors.

Errors Noted.
p 8 Rutherford was encourage by Sir Robert Ball in his experiments involving wireless signalling.
p10 Rutherford discovered, and named, alpha and beta particles whilst he was still at Cambridge.
p10 Rutherford didn't return to Cambridge in 1910 to continue his work. He went to Manchester in 1907.
p20 Walton (unmentioned) was the main person who built the linear accelerator used in splitting the atom.
